Note that the selected general contractor will provide all ductwork wiring piping for complete functioning installation and will be responsible for coordination of equipment delivery with you. All equipment will be stored off site by the vendor and will be available to the general contractor for installation as needed. Equipment supplier is to include the cost of storing the equipment at their site in their proposal and make it available for inspection prior to final payment. The contractor further affirms that, prior to entering into its contract with Porter County, the undersigned Contractor will enroll in and agrees to verify the work eligibility status of all its newly hired employees through the E-Verify program.
